I need a 3D model of circular cylinder as per the image attached. The product should be inclined to the minimum degree possible when pushed on the edge from above. After the inclination, it should rotate around the base with the least inclination possible. I will explain more while chatting. I need 3D modeling and .stl file for manufacturing purpose.
