Nextlink is looking for an experienced freelance Recruitment Consultant to support the company’s day to day recruitment needs. We are thinking about a recruitment specialist with proven track record in high quality recruitment and selection, managing multiple and varied vacancies ideally within IT / Automotive / Pharma and Engineering environments. WHAT WE OFFER: The collaboration should be from September to December 2017. The rates will be paid per closed process and will be negotiated individually (1200-1500€ gross) REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience of four plus (4+) years in full lifecycle recruiting within IT / Automotive / Pharma and Engineering profiles. Strong understanding of Internet-based recruiting tools (social recruiting and Boolean searches). Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases Used to work within international and fast paced environments Proficient both in Spanish and English Preferably candidates either based on Madrid or Barcelona
