500 One way Links PR1+ (Job #2)

I need 500 permanent links from websites or blogs. The links will be needed for 1 website only. The links can be made from comment posting on blogs or other websites or they can be direct links with no comments. I do not want article links or link exchanges since these will not be permanent because they can easily be changed once I make payment. The links can also not come from forum signatures or any other method that will not be permanent. If the links will not last long, then I do not want them. The links need to be on unique root domains. So 1 unique domain per link. Multiple links from the same domain name will not count. This means different sub-domains do not count as a unique domain or website. The links need to be on PR1 or higher pages. They do NOT have to be do-follow though. They do NOT have to be on English websites or pages. No black-hat techniques at all are allowed. This includes cloaking, spamming, automated posting, etc.... Any links that come from comments must be spam-free all comments must be relevant to the webpages. Only 1 link per comment. Do not combine my link with other peoples links on the same comment. I will manually check all links before sending payment. I will do my best to review all links asap. If any links do not meet all the requirements, I will request that replacements be made.
