I currently can't accept your project as I have a $0 balance in Freelancer, but wanted to provide some feedback for you to assist you in selecting the right candidate. Managing your EB on LinkedIn can be tricky and what you will often find is that the biggest way to influence EB through this channel is ensuring your employees are your biggest advocates. As a high user of LinkedIn, I know personally I interact, link and connect with alot of people and my direct perception of a business comes from those connections, not the employer they work for. For example I have over 70 connections at NAB but I don't follow NAB. This allows me to see what content employees of NAB are putting up, but not be swayed by the corporate spiel of the brand itself. If you are looking at your EB, work with some of your key employees first, establish them on LinkedIn and get them to be advocates for your brand.
