RESTful web interface template for existing data interface

I have an existing data model that I need to make accessible via a RESTful web service using WCF receiving and returning data in json format with oAuth functionality. The back-end data structures and objects are all completed, now a web service wrapper needs to be created in order to allow access to the data via an iPad. I am looking for someone familiar with web service development to ensure good adherence to standards. The current data objects cannot be serialized, but have create, read and update methods already created which can be referenced. This template would need to be created in .net using a Visual Studio IDE solution space with the necessary structures and deployment instructions provided. I am looking for a nearly complete template to which my team can plug in the necessary method calls to create, update and read (no delete necessary). Object definitions will be provided upon award of the project.
