I have a Town Planning application, which is an extension to a heritage dwelling, council has requested we model the proposal (+ the houses either side) from the street to show the extent of the first floor addition. We have done these in the past as a basic white model (I have attached a copy of a previous example & the successful person will have the CAD file to work off) The property to the south is vacant, however we have the proposed plans in PDF all I require is a block form of the proposal here. Same with the property to the south ,just a simple block form will suffice. The proposal has not been modelled, however the existing building has been, therefore I can provide an ArchiCAD model of the existing and PDF's of the proposal. The successful person MUST model it in ArchiCAD Version 18. I have uploaded the proposal in PDF (98 Broadway Elwood) and the adjoining development as a PDF (100 Broadway) I have also attached PDF's of a recent white model, which I require this one to look like (as far as finishes are concerned) - I have also attached a screens shot of the existing house and the neighbour to the north (Right side of image) - I would require the subject sites facade to have details as per the photo, however all in white.

I can produce drawing from master-planning, scheme drawing all the way to production of design details. I have done many project using the program raging from single dwelling, to institutions, commercial buildings, public facilities and other form of building. I work timely due to the fact that I understand the program shortcuts and can manipulate the program to fit any human imagination.
