On your project description isn't clear if data sources of excel is many files or one file with many sheets. Assuming that you have multiple files - i create a program in windows forms that allow you to select the files (Excel) and after that you can define for every sheet on this file the type of graph (columns,bar, etc) an each column represents Axis X or Axis Y. - Finally have one button to generate graphs and create one excel with multiple graphs with each information selected on form. If i win this project as i expect we should defined each version of office you have.
