Good day A traditional BRD is a fair bit of effort and hence overshoots your suggested budget. I have bid for a part time 10 day work, that would provide a BRD, with use cases that break down the functions (that seems to be missing from your template) Some BRDs also have basic UI components, usually high level as implementation is often derived from UI guidelines or even from UX exercise I am a senior BA with 13 years experience in IT development projects. I have done a few BRDs although newer projects tend to be structured to follow agile principles and hence user stories with acceptance criteria are used. Regards Tamas
