SSIS: Setup a package with Logging to SQL Server Database and Configurations Written to Database

This project is to create a SSIS package that has logging configured. The logging configuration should set setup to write events to a SQL Server database. The standard package events to the log. In addition to the preconfigured events, will need to add custom log entries that occur during processing of the package. For example, a record count of records processed would need to be written to the log. In addition to setting up logging, the package needs to be configured to have the configurations like connections strings, variables, etc. stored in a SQL Server database table. These configurations will need to be able to be modified in the database table and effect the package. Last item will be to setup email alerts that send email alerts when package completes successfully or when package fails. When package fails, the log of events should be included in the body of the email. The subject should read, "SSIS {Package Name}" Failed to complete! Please review the log details below". When a package succeeds, the log of events along with times taken to process each step should be included in the body of the email. Also, custom log entries should also be included. For example "Records Process: 120,112". This package will be the basis for an ETL that will update a data mart daily. This complete package will load data from flat files daily, transform that data and update the data mart tables with new data. If this initial project works out, the freelancer awarded will have the opportunity to work on other parts of this project over the next 6 to 8 weeks. Freelancer needs to have demonstrated experience developing SSIS packages that will be processing high volumes of data each day. Experience with SSRS and SSAS will be a plus.
