Copy / Past files between 2 pc (windows 10) throught a VPN

Lacking some details for me to accurately assess the situation. Is this a 3rd party VPN? Hardware/software VPN? IPSEC Tunnel? What control do you have? You say remote PC isnt on internet, how are you VPN to it? do you have admin access on remote PC? Sounds like it could be interesting

I have two windows 10 computers in two different places. I use a VPN to connect them. when the VPN is established I am able to ping the remote computer with my PC and have an access to the remote computer using tighten. The remote computer has no internet access, and I need to upload/paste files on it. I have tried to share files with windows, with ssh or establish a Team viewer connection (installed on both PC). But I have failed. Ports may be filtered by the VPN and I cannot update it.
