I am well-experienced in handling customer service, billing and sales management. I used to handle accounts for HABAND, an American-based company, for almost 2 years and my scope of duty is handling order entry calls and any other customer concerns. I also worked with AT&T as their Billing and Sales Representative. My job was to answer inbound calls for customer inquiries, disputes, new connects, sales and account management. Through my AT&T career, I have undergone extensive training in handling customer relations to produce very satisfied customers in every call and selling AT&T products seamlessly everyday to hit our daily targets at the same time.
