Hello, I am interested in your project because I have great working mechanical and product design experience. Your project looks interesting but it's not big problem for me because I have done many similar projects in past. Main 3D CAD software I use is Autodesk Inventor Professional (certificated user), but I am also familiar with Solid Works and AutoCAD (2D). Take a look at some of my project samples here on my portfolio page. Your reference material looks fine and good enough for starting to build 3D models and 2D drawings. Maybe I will need few details(dimensions) that are not shown on your drawings. For review I usually send 3D DWF and 2D pdf files, so you can make remarks for me for modifications if needed...
