Building a chess game - Artist/Animators required

I am starting up a small game development team that aims to create various types of games over several platforms. Being at the early stage of starting this team, i plan on working on a project on a Chess game where Graphic is heavily emphasized. This means that i require a very confident, creative and fast artist who would be willing to be part a part of my development family and focus on creating several sorts of art. I mainly require a 3D artist who is experienced in animation and draw certain concept designs for future references (creating a smooth environment, creating 3d chess pieces, general smooth animation and creating chessboards, etc..). Optional: It would also be appreciated if you are able to create logos as well.
