I can provide, free of charge, a rough 3D-sketch to show the quality and speed of my work. If this is to your liking, I can continue and finish within a matter of days (at most). I will work in Blender, and begin by creating the overall objects, without materials, and the lighting. Once this has been confirmed to be up to standard, I will fully texture/material the environment. The engine to be used for development would be Blender EEVEE, and all materials will be provided separately as PBR upon submission. Lighting will be baked for development, but as this is for a game it may not all be usable within the game engine. Greetings! I've recently graduated a game design class myself, though I studied all aspects of game design, my focus definitely leaned towards 3D Modelling and animation. Given that I have just strated getting into freelance, I figured I would start off with something I know I can do and this project seems like just the thing. I have focused most of my studies on using 3DS Max and Photoshop to do all of the animations and modelling, which is what I would be using to create these interior areas you have requested to be made.
