Arch Viz Interior - 16/11/2017 13:00 EST

I am looking for a talented arch viz artist to assist on an ongoing project. Main tasks would be prop and furniture modeling, vray materials and textures for 3 interior spaces. A kitchen, living/dining area and entry foyer for a home. The finishes and furnishings are of a modern look. I require the freelancer to use 3ds Max 2015 and Vray 3.2 as the scene files need to be sent back to me for final rendering and post production once the interior is approved. There will need to be a revision pass for materials and props from the client before approval. The scene files will be provided with the furniture models. In some cases the furnishings will need to be placed into their respective position and 2 or 3 furniture pieces modeled. The remainder is set dressing and props The details are being adjusted by the client and will be updated as i receive them. The start date is effective today and the project completion is Nov 25. During that time scene files will need to be sent before hand for client approval and comments. Attached is a previous project completed for a client to show the minimum level I am looking for.
