3dsmax: Model an apartment

Hi all, This project requirement as per below: - 3D Max 2015 and below only. - To model entire apartment using Floor Plans and Renders provided. - Ceilings and physical lights (recess lights, bar cans etc) to be modelled according to Renders as well. - To apply textures and materials accordingly to Renders provided. Materials/Standard are preferred. Textures/bumps/displacement/etc maps to be provided and/or created by you. - To make sure there are no duplicates (accidental copy or instance at the same location) - To make sure that no 0mm planes are used for modelling. - No cameras or rendering is needed. - 3D models that you created will be used for walk-through purposes. - Deadline is 1 week upon awarding. Below is a sample for your reference only, only shortlisted freelancers will be provided with the required documents. Freelancers with irrelevant proposals/bids will be automatically removed.
