SEO Friendly URL(repost)

I have a shopping site PHP/MySQL I am currently having a SEO URL using the "Action throw" function and based on that I am getting what I want. However this solution is a custom solution and I think not very much known to every one. I need a standard solution to do the same job (I want the same URL to appear as it is happening now) using the mod_rewrite function. If you are an expert in this job, please bid, so that we can show you our site.
