English to Spanish Translation Work

Hello, I have a work. I have a docs file with dialogues in English and that need to be translated into Spanish. I am looking for someone who is a native Spanish but also speaks English fluently.
The docs file has 3000 words. The content is easy. My budget is $30 and deadline is 24 hours. Note: Google translation is not allowed. I need only accurate and high quality translation. If it goes well then we will need other document translations so it a long term corporation as well.
