Krio to English Youtube Subtitles OR Create Video and Translate

Hello- FIRST - Watch this video. [login to view URL] Then answer these questions: Do you understand what she is saying? Can you translate this carefully and correctly to English? I am looking for someone who can do 1 of the following. Please note that in both instances, you MUST know how to translate from Krio (Sierra Leone) to English. Before you are awarded, you MUST translate the above video to English. This will be to verify your fluency and ability to work on this project. On-going work will be available for the selected freelancer. 1. Translate text in a youtube video from Krio to English. You will be given a URL and you will need to translate all that is said in a video to English. Create subtitle file by adding timings to the translated English text. You will be given access to the youtube account to add the timings or you can provide the timings to me for uploading. Previous experience with subtitles is desired, but can be learned. OR 2. Create youtube videos with timings. In this process, you will be given the unedited video files and you will be responsible for editing (Windows Movie maker or better - simple), creating the video, uploading to youtube, translating to English and adding the subtitles.
