Normal viedo human capturing and transfeering it to unity 3d DB

Dear coders I have developed a sign language software to abeable to add and edit signs and save them to a unity 3d DB you can find it here [login to view URL] this project needs to have DB feeding of available signlanguages videos and tutorials to be embided into the database. Atm what i need is to have automated machine learning, nural network, machine learning to add signs and match them to words and save them in DB by capturing image processing for sign language and add them automaticly to the DB to be able to be controlled and edited by the admins of the signlanguage avatar controller we have already built.
