I want to make an animated video for my gf about our relationship. I am thinking of a ~2 min video about our relationship in a narrative format (using my own voice if there are no other alternatives). One option for the story would be to start as a fairy tale (once upon a time there was a princess...) and later go into how we meet and major accomplishments in our life as a couple. In my view the requirements are a tool that would enables us to design the characters (for me and my gf), allow characters to move, choose backgrounds and add some elements to the background (like a tree or building) from pre-existing libraries on the tool. Additional remarks on the project, we have in total 2.5 weeks for this and this project has a great personal value for me and I want to get the best outcome at a fair price.
