YouTube Video Editor

I am looking for a co-video editor for our YouTube channel. We enjoy creating videos for kids that focus on toys, games, imagination, Nerf and other fun activities. Our goal is to create 1-2 videos per week an we would like to increase this amount with the help of a co-editor. I would like to work in a shared space, such as Google Drive, where I could create the initial Premier Pro file and import all the video footage. I could then scrub through the video and make a rough time line. We generally record 40 to 90 minutes of video and I would like to cut this down to 20-25 minutes. I would then like someone to edit the footage down to the 12-14 minute range. For each video, I would like to see a mix of creative transitions, effects, sounds and music added to help enhance and engage viewers. I have been doing a lot of multi-camera as well and will create those sequences as part of the initial timeline. On the audio side, I have been using Audition to normalize and also adding some compression and EQ. Having experience in this area to help with the audio would be a big plus! If possible can you describe how your editing process works and the best way in which we can share files, that would be greatly appreciated. I am looking for someone who can be part of my YouTube Team. We are looking for someone who is open to providing feedback on how we can make videos better and work with us to help us grow. Once we have established a relationship, I would like to have you upload the videos directly to YouTube and add titles, descriptions and tags. As I review proposals I will send out our YT channel ID. Ideally, I would like to hire an editor to complete one video per week and I would like to pay $20 per video. As our channel grows, I will certainly be open to increasing the amount of video editing on a weekly basis.
