Access desktop stocks and shares solution

As a first phase I need a stocks and shares portfolio desktop solution developed in MS Access which I understand. Once this works well and reports have been developed and bugs sorted, I want it to be rewritten as online solution as a phase 2. I manually enter the trading records every day. See screenshot. The solution must be able to produce a number of reports, eg. showing the calculated open / closing balances in share volumes and average cost using FIFO method and profits / losses when some shares but not all, are sold, per share counter for any user-defined period. Other reports can be specified as we go along.
