Website Design and Development - Green Cleaning Company

We are a start-up environmentally friendly cleaning company that will be serving both residential and commercial clients. We are seeking a Team to assist us with the overall design concept and development, as well as possibly performing some content editing/writing. The Website should promote the company's primary message and overall brand. The Team/Company we are seeking should be "strategically- minded" and marketing driven if at all possible, able to provide a clean, professional looking website that is user friendly and focused on our audience/brand. Keep in mind that our audience will be somewhat different because we will be servicing both residential and commercial cleaning customers. Just an idea but perhaps a Landing Page/Home Page, if you will, where the visitor can choose between Commercial and Residential Services. Things to be included: - CMS based - Joomla - for content editing and adding pages - Estimate Form - allows customer to fill in information and submit to us for use in developing an estimate…see ecomaids dot com for example. - Job Application Form – See ecomaids dot com for example - Blog - Newsletter Sign-up - Needs to have a page such as “Meet the Team” – ability to post pictures of Team Members and their title…perhaps a brief bio…3 sentences or less. - SEO Optimized - Social Media Tie-in – Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter - Placement of Affiliation links/logos such as "Green Seal Certified", "Clean for a Reason", etc. - Autoresponder - Estimate Form, Contact Us Form, Newsletter Sign-up Form, etc. - Client Login Section (?) - Up for discussion but we are envisioning the development of a client section which would be for residential customers only. We were thinking the Client would be able to log in to their specific area and they would be able to view current services (Standard Bi-Weekly Cleaning or Rotational Bi-Weekly Cleaning), estimated scheduled time of service, Team Members who will perform services, cost of service....it would also allow the customer to sign up for additional services and request an estimate/call....it would also include ability for customer to send us comments/complaints....as well as for us to communicate with the members directly as well. On a separate note, and perhaps an extension of this project BUT PLEASE DON"T INCLUDE IN THIS BID, we would like to also develop a back-end Customer Management/Scheduling/Etc.
