Build a page site web from learning own

I want build a web site a page, and I am the owner, about all, I can design the web site but I need help from other persons, and I need the help from that people, for build a website from learning and teaching seem to google classroom, in that each pupil will have time for delivery them homeworks,and will have a design basic and recent because I pursuit help to my pupils especially from the opposite sex, female, help to the girls to learn english, and I need connect with her, from a pc to other pc for window chat, and I need the help for design a web site enable to have all this, a design successfully created and easy from use for the pupils, will contain this: the name from the page, will call learning english with freelancer teacher mr. Alex, or some seem, and will contain material from work, instructives, folders from save the works, and a square where write them works, name, email, cell phone, and later send the works to a web address, and squares from video chat from connect and contract personal volunteer in search from help to that other persons learns english, that works free.
