GameDay Parking

I currently have an app that is live on the App Store called GameDay Parking which is pre-beta but needs a few tweaks before I can market it to get more beta users: I am mostly happy with the app but need three key features added to the app (which was written in Xcode by the original developer). 1. The current search function requires users to search by city- I want the app to be able to show current parking spaces that are available by scrolling with their finger on the map and having the app update the available spaces (if too many spaces in the given map area simply a notification that the search area needs to be redefined. 2. The admin panel on the backend needs to be corrected so that after the user has paid and host has entered payment details that the administratyr can pay the host his booking fee via the two payment portals (currently apple pay with stripe or PayPal. 3. Currently if a host lists a spot for $15 the user pays $15 and after processing fees and Gameday fees (10%) the host would end up receiving a payment of $12. I want the Gameday fees and the processing fees to be borne by the user booking the space (so a $15 space ends up costing the host $18 all in. Please download the app and understand what the work requires before submitting a bid. I am hoping to have this done in the next week. Please highlight any potential issues that there may be and if you would prefer to work hourly I am open to that as well. I will not read generic bids.
