Jira Help Desk Administration

This is a very simple requirement, I can do that very easily. I'm currently administrating several JIRA instances (among them with Service Desk), the largest one has 500 user and 30 different JIRA projects. The company has 13 branch offices, each one with different departments - and of course the permissions need to be set that the users only see their own issues. This is a requirement I'm really familiar with. We'll check the current structure together, discuss your requirements and then do the configuration with the required permission schemes and user roles.

Hi, I am Atlassian Certified Professional in JIRA service desk. I use JIRA since 2012. Currently JSD does not come with organization management with email domain, which means need manual management for each user. An JIRA Addon could do the automation mamagement, but require additional license and time for learning it. I will propose to manually update organization of customer, then bulk update issue' organization field. Finally you may decide to mannual update / using Addon. Regards, Francis
