Need to develop a Smartphone to Multiple tablet Video Streaming App

Need to develop new Video Marketing Solution for Smartphones and Tablets Main User with Smartphone(android only), must save video(s) in library on smartphone User select 1,2,3 or more tablets on bluetooth, and control tablets(android only) to play video(s) simultaneously Only Main User can Play Video(s), Viewers cannot interact with video while playing on tablet(s) We need a Admin Panel to view following Reports: Main User Play Name Video Played Name TIme(s) of Day Video(s) was played: So if video was played 12:01 pm, then 12: 35 pm, then 15:43 pm, these are the times, we need to know the hours to know at which hour(s) of day are most viewed Also, before Main User Press/Click "Play", main user must insert amount of viewers who will see video(s) So Time(s) of Day Played): 12:01 pm, 2 viewers 12:35 pm, 5 viewers 15:43 pm, 1 Viewers Total Viewers: 8 Video Play Count: 3(12:01 pm, 12:35 pm, 15:43 pm) Total Amount of Viewers of all Main Users: 3400 Total Amount of amount of times played: 200 We need a chart to view best time of day, best day of week when video(s) is played We need to filter Per Main User, Per Day, Per Video Name, Most Played And we need to export this information to Excel
