• Providing Wintel L2/L3 Technical Support from Offshore Support Team to ensure smooth operation and maintenance including 2000+ servers, includes Setup and maintenance of new infrastructure of Windows 2016/2012/2008/2003/2000, Windows NT Server Editions
• Windows failover cluster Management IIS Server troubleshooting Windows Servers Re-imaging from 2003 to 2008, Working on P2V Projects, Converting Physical servers into Virtual machines by using P2V conversion by using VMWare standalone convertor
• Installing and configuring VMware ESXi 4.1, 5.0, 5.1, 5.5, 6.7 ESX Host build\upgrade, VMware Virtual Machine Configuration Troubleshooting.
• Working on Change and Incident management in Service Now tool and attending CAB meetings and implementing the changes accordingly
• Interaction with customer for understanding requirements for server build projects
