We need a Freelancer to build us a single executable program that we can distribute on a USB key. This program should install the Google Chrome browser for a Windows PC, and put a special icon on the desktop that launches a specific website (provided only to the winning bidder) in Incognito mode. The installer must include Chrome, and not go to the Internet to download it. This must be a fully self-contained executable. This must work on Windows 7 Professional.

Hello, I have good experience in creating Windows installers using Inno Setup IDE. Your task a bit specific and need to investigate if using standart installer IDE can be good solution to start Chrome browser in incognito mode and control process if need. It seems it is possible to run Chrome browser using "--incognito" flag, but need to test if it will work correct. I can investigate this more if you are interested. Another option is to use Qt 5.7 IDE and build own browser using Chromium web engine. Qt 5.7 web engine is based on the Chromium project. Then you will control browser settings (clear or save cookies, history etc) and your browser will work like Chrome. Regards, Vitaliy.
