My name is Darren Gibson and I am a Belizean from the country of Belize. English is the first language of my home country Belize, which means my knowledge of English is near perfect. I have 10 plus years in the call center and BPO industry. During the time that I spent working, I have worked for Medicare and all major insurance companies. I have also done work for Tracphone as well as a few surveys and housing companies. This has caused me to develop almost perfect customer service skills. Being a part of your team would be a great honor for me, and I will strive to be the best version of my self while on the job. I have worked with Adapt Health, and my role as a customer service rep was to provide sleep apnea patients with there CPAP machines. I would have to make sure I ordered the correct machine and items that fit that machine and the customer correctly. To do this I would have to know the codes for the machine and each part such as the mask and filters and water chamber. This was a high pressure position, as each other had to be placed correctly and delivered on time. Seeing that the machines is the difference between life and death to the customers. However I was able to complete each order and have it delivered on time. I have also worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield and Medicare as well a few corporate housing companies.
