Hi, I am looking to find an intermediate-level Developer who can take a database that is halfway to completion and finish it. I will give complete instructions, so it will be somewhat of a check list of tasks for the development. I am not interested in having to put down any money. I will pay for the project when the client accepts it or at the end of each month if it goes beyond April. I believe there to be about 30-50 hours left on the project.
