I need a simple app developed using Microsoft Power Apps. This app will primarily serve as a data entry tool (and basic data analysis) for the employees in our organization. There are a few reference tables like Project, Category, Expense type, etc and then there is a main table called Expenses which has project, category, expense type, quantity, price as the columns. These tables are currently available as part of my azure SQL database but I am open to suggestions if you want to store this data differently.
