Seeking someone to fix, or create a file: for new hires to complete onboarding forms. Currently, when new hires join our agency, they receive and fill out mountains of paperwork. My agency will not move away from having hand signed forms and documents. Before someone is hired, we mail a packet containing forms to complete and turn in on their first day along with other agency information. When they arrive on their first day, (aside from the documents they’ve received in the mail), we provide more forms to complete.
