I have a business plan I need rewritten. The plan is for an ISP / CLEC in the IT field. The plan is now complete in its content and message now but I am an engineer not a writer. I will be raising a large amount of money with this plan and I need to be sure that the content is understandable and relevant to an investor. I moved my office last week and changed ISP's as well and now I cannot connect with our NCP VPN software from any of my pc's. We use Kaspersky and I already tried disabling the firewall and we still cannot connect so that is not the problem. The new ISP mentioned we may need to open the port on the new modem and I tried to do that, but I am not sure I did it right. In addition to the VPN problem, we can receive email fine, but sometimes our outgoing email will not send. I am looking for someone who can check to see if the port is correctly opened on our router and help resolve both these issues.
