I am looking for an expert in character rigging, You will have to model and rig the character attached in the image to make it expressive and can talk and dance. The rigging is preferably done in Maya but I’m open to using other software like blender. The character should have a good FK and IK switch system. It should have parameters to ease the animation process. There should be no skinning nor geometry problems on the character. The rig should be simple yet advanced enough for a wide range of motion. The freelancer must provide the source files plus a short document explaining how the rig should be used. Good luck!
