Hi, I have a basic flutter app and I need to integrated forms that users can fill out. Essentially the app will have a list of forms and when the user selects a form they will be taken to a nicely formatted questionnaire type form. The forms will be just basic questions but once filled out and submitted, I want the answers to be formatted automatically by the app and sent via email in a pdf format. I also want the user to be able to add their signature to the form via the app. If this is something you can do please contact me.
