Hello, I am looking for a solidworks/CAD designer to create a 3D design replica of a vintage public seating bench (specifically, Friso Krammer Olympic 1200 - see attached photos). The bench has 2 components: 1) fiberglass/plastic molded one-piece seat and back rest (dimensions: 120x40x50cm) 2) aluminium cast leg (2 per bench - exactly the same). I have a mesh file of a root system (.obj), but when you load the file in solidworks (screenshot attached), the surfaces of the roots are not entirely connected and the surface is not smooth as well. I want to make the surface smooth and fill up the interior of the roots so that the cross sections are solid and ready for 3D printing. The other attached picture shows an example of what I wanna do. The upper part is the loaded mesh file, the lower part is the model ready for printing after making the surface smooth, removing some fine roots and making the cross sections constant (no need for that in my case).
