Dear, we are a Belgium engineering company in the energy/building consulting business. As part of our service, we also provide our clients with a 3D Scketchup model of their building. These buildings are schools, hospitals, office buildings, goverment etc. ranging from 100 – 10.000 sqm. We are looking for a partner who can do about 10-20 renders a month, where we provide 2D info (plans in PDF or DWG), additional foto’s and if necessary some extra measurements on site of certain windows etc. Quality and respect for planning are essential for us in our search for a long term partnership. Please find an example below which we can use as a pilot project and let us know if you have the capability to provide this service, pricing ranges and other requirements. I'm looking for a skilled 3D artist who can take my Sketchup building model to the next level. The purpose of this project is to create a visually appealing architectural visualization. Key Requirements: - Intermediate level of detail for the exterior: This includes applying detailed textures and creating basic landscaping around the building. - No specific elements around the building required: The focus is on the building itself. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficiency in Sketchup and 3D modeling - Strong understanding of architectural visualization - Experience in applying detailed textures - Ability to create basic, yet realistic landscaping If you're a creative and detail-oriented 3D artist, I'd love to hear from you.
