develop a new rest web service in Java to install on Apache application server.

This project aims to create a new rest java ws to run on Apache. Only one method is necessary. Its name is "sendData" with the following input parameters: Name [string] Status [string] Desc [string] Date [string formatted as “yyyy-mm-dd mm:ss:mmm”] This method has to store the information received in a new Mysql table called "zabqueue" with the following columns: Id [integer] autoincremental = true Name [varchar] (50) null Status [varchar] (50) null Desc [varchar] (50) null Date [varchar] (30) formatted as “yyyy-mm-dd mm:ss:mmm” null Sql script to create the table is to delivery with the web service.
