We are a company working with logistics for construction and realestate companies. 80% of our work is from workers hours thats billed hourly. That makes the invoicing administrative heavy. We are looking for a person how is going [login to view URL] a significant part of our daily operations. We are only intressted in long-term work. And the person needs to be available for calls, chat, attending meetings and other activities required for the work during workhours CET time. Task that this mission will include is: - Compilation of various invoice documents - Billing - create and fill various documents thats needed of our customers - Follow-up of reported work compared to ordered - Comlpetion of workers daily reports - help our customers with information filling with - fill excel with information for invoice attachments - support manage the workforce system - support for workers, from onboarding and support We are looking g for a person with qualities like: - Self-propelled - Serviceminded - Structured - Solution oriented - Development focused - Happy every now and then

I have compiled invoicing documents using different tools and MS word, excel. I have used different billing software and did billings for various employees of the company and resolved billing-related issues. Kindly share what kind of documents I need to fill in. I have done some vettings and background checks before. I can fill out any kind of form/document related to the person. I need more details on this one. Kindly share the worker report format and where you get all of this information from i.e. emails, texts or calls. I have managed a spreadsheet containing all customer and invoice details with their names, contacts and invoice numbers. Is this something similar or a detailed version? Please shed light on "support manage the workforce system" I can helo your worker from onboarding to support.
