Short-Form Video Editing

I'm in need of a skilled video editor who can handle the post-production of short-form content. The videos I need editing for have a duration of 1-3 minutes each and I need a proficient editor to help with the following: - **Color Correction:** Ensuring consistency in color tones for a visually appealing video. - **Audio Editing:** Adding background music to enhance the viewer's experience. - **Text Overlays:** Including necessary textual information in a captivating manner. - **B-Rolls and Effects:** Incorporating additional footage and effects to improve the overall quality of the video. Ideal candidates should be experienced in video editing for online platforms and have a strong portfolio showcasing their work. Proficiency with editing software and a keen eye for detail are essential for this project. I run a short-format content agency that edits videos for various coaches. The videos are up-to 60 seconds long and I expect you to edit subtitles, b-roll, stock footage, dynamic motion/graphics and make the video in general entertaining and highly engaging. I am looking for a person that can be my part time or full time editor for the next 6-12 months with the possibility of consistent pay-raises when the agency experiences growth. The process is super streamlined. All videos are tailored by me; you get the raw footage, edit it and upload the edited videos in a separate folder. I expect a simple thumbnail that fits the ratio 1:1 on Instagram feed. All videos should be edited in 9/16 format for fullscreen experiences on IG Reels + TikTok. Fluent English is a must + you must be able to jump on a Zoom call to go through the onboarding process (webcam is a must). Daily reports are expected whenever we get to work.
