Work Acceptance Form with Signature This use-case is for a courier delivery service driver. The driver will pick up an item and then deliver it. We need to record the inventory of the items loaded and confirm that the same items have been unloaded. The customer then needs to sign so we have a record in our system that everything has been unloaded. The whole process shall be accessible via smartphone, preferably on a website and hosted on our AWS account. We store the data currently in a Google-Sheet. The project milestones: A proof of concept You develop a web-app that can read data from Google sheets One can sign on the smartphone screen into a field on the web-app The whole document is saved into a Google-drive folder as a PDF, together with the signature Once the proof of concept works as expected we will move to milestone 2. The actual deliverable The solution will be connected to our current Google Sheets. Each record (row) will get a unique ID. One can open the work acceptance form for the respective row by appending the unique ID to a certain URL. The URL with the appended ID part will lead to a form with pre-filled out data as well as fields that are yet to be filled out by the delivery driver The customer will be able to sign with his finger The whole document is saved into a Google-drive folder as a PDF, together with the signature
