I am looking for an expert freelancer to build a progressive web application (a form based website where user enters information corresponding to 5-10 questions, get user's geolocation, allow user to share an image & a video corresponding to every question) with following features - 1. It should store all user entered information locally when no internet connection. And then later upload the same when internet connection is available for the first time. 2. Allow user to take images & video 3. Work on both chrome & Microsoft edge 4. Send notification to the user. 5. The application will have 1 data entry screen and other 4 supporting screens. 6. The application should work on both Android & iOS 7. Add to home screen feature, after which the application should work like a web application
