i need to develop an IVR reservation system for medical clinics. IVR asks the caller to enter his/her number then checks it in a database if it's a new or old customer. the IVR will play specific prompts based on that. also the IVR will ask the caller which day he needs to visit the clinic and gives him option number per each day of week and store that date in the database

I already have that solution. It is written in PHP-AGI (Asterisk Gateway Interface) which will present the greetings, the speech instruction, and keypressing detection. This PHP-AGI script will also process the database information and speech-out to caller line, so they will hear that existing information. The information can be presented in any languages, depend on what voice recording you present on the system. This will be a few hours day modification work. I had tested on Asterisk Digium, Trixbox, Elastix, Thirdlane, etc as well. Let me know.
