Audio Recording, take out background noise and adjust voices

I can do the job! I´ve done plenty of audio editing tasks in the past 5 years. Your problem is a very common one, and it's really hard to improve the audio quality, but there are some things we can do to take out the best of it! Greets!

Hello, I am a professional sound engineer running a recording studio www.soundzstudios.co.uk. For audio restoration like yours I use Izotope RX5 Advanced which is much more powerful than Audacity. I am currently involved in a large Spanish word database clean up where I have managed to clean up many poorly recorded pieces of audio.
