AUTOCAD DRAWINGS NEED OF FLOORPLANS & ELEVATIONS

MUST HAVE ARCHITECTURAL AUTOCAD EXPERIENCE, and show examples of work. I will award this project today. Scope of work: 1. Complete as-built drawings of an 1100 SF house – floor plan started, elevations to be derived from photos and heights to be provided. (up to 3 hours) – expected delivery Monday, Oct. 10th. 2. Draw two options for the proposed remodel floor plan: • Residence option: reference hand sketch (up to 3 hours) – expected delivery on Sunday, Oct. 10th • Office option: referencing two hand sketch, to be submitted later today (up to 1.5 hours) – expected delivery Sunday, Oct. 11th. 3. Draw all 4 proposed building elevations - same elevations for both floor plan options. (up to 4 hours) – will send sketches on Sunday, expected delivery Monday, Oct. 10th. 4. Draw a demolition floor plan referencing the sketches (1 hr) – expected delivery Sunday, Oct. 9th. Notes: all files to be created shall respect the templates provided for drafting standard purposes. The drawings you will generate shall use the layers, blocks, dimension styles, fonts that you see in the templates. Expected total hours = 12.5 hrs.
