Feature 3: A tab that shows the questionnaire for an employee when clicked. And it is the default when the page is loaded. The 1 sec flash of the wrong menu should be removed. This is caused because a single menu was used to create menus and its properties for all types of users and the use of conditional(if statement) to show and hide the properties (text, button) of the menu. When the employee are filling out the questionaires, the sub questions shouldn't be shown, it should only be shown when a trigger(red flag) is met. To be able to achieve this feature, we will have all the triggers on stored on the applications as options in an option set. e.g a red flag will be an option set with options such as "yes", "yep" e.t.c this will be done for the yellow and green flag. After the employee has answered a question, we'll run a condition that reads the value of the question, from the value we will determine if the trigger was met and then show the employee the sub questions to answer.
