Architectural Drafter (Designer) is required to develop exterior and interior elevations from as-built plans of 1 story (5000 - 10000 sqft), detailed and accurate elevations are required, some heights provided, other has to be calculated or approximated. 20 projects to be developed on the next 2 months, you are bidding over one single project. Turn around of 2-3 calendar days after floor plans are provided. Please dont bid if turn around times cant be meet. Daily commitment of at least 4 hours, Please dont bid if you can't commit to that minimum time frame, Floor and Roof plans, pictures, videos, samples and instructions provided. Autocad only Samples can be used as a guidance but every elevation needs to be done from scratch. 4-5 external views, 20-35 internal elevations required. Excellent communication skills required on English Language. Please provide Test sample with your bid.
