Renovating interior of a house in Bordeaux

We are in the process of buying a house which is structurally sound but the inside we would like to adapt to our own design. It is around 150 sq metres, currently with garage, utility, lounge, kitchen, diner, separate 2 rooms and bathroom downstairs, 4 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. We wish to move some walls, all plumbing, electrics, heating, bathrooms, kitchens etc and replace and need some architectural advice. We plan to start to project at the start of 2017 and estimate it to last for 6 months In term so of cost we are not sure as we do not have the statement of works planned yet until we have some architectural advice. Advice only on internal restructure of the house, we have plans and now need to make some alterations and need an architectural expertise to advice pros and cons of options. The house in in Bordeaux, traditional style, externally sound, just internal restructure and renovation We would prefer someone with knowledge and understanding of french building regulations and national obligations if possible., English speaking
